OMNI is led by an experienced and talented team of securities and real estate professionals who bring an array of investment experience to the OMNI companies. We have been working with real estate investors since the early 1990s, and specialize in advising clients on 1031 tax deferred exchanges, tenant-in-common (TIC) offerings, REITs, Funds, and other investments.

OMNI has taken an active role in the development of the Tenant In Common Association (TICA) and the growth of the TIC industry.
