
Kevin Bradburn
COO
During Mr. Bradburn's career involvement with securities and real estate, he has distinguished himself as a leader in the TIC industry. His career includes supervising more than 750 TIC transactions.
Mr. Bradburn began his career with American Partnership Services (APS). Following the Gemisys Corporation's purchase of APS in 1997, Mr. Bradburn served as Branch Manager and Principal for American Partnership Board (APB). During his tenure, APB became the largest secondary market firm for limited partnerships with annualized trading volume in excess of $75 million.
In 1999, Mr. Bradburn joined Madison Avenue Capital Group with more than $400 million managed for select institutional and high net worth individual investors. Mr. Bradburn, serving as President, established Madison Marketplace Securities (MMS), a full self-clearing broker dealer. He joined OMNI Brokerage as COO and CCO in January 2002 and has been President of Orchard Securities since 2005.
Since the formation of the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA), Mr. Bradburn has served as Co-Chair of the Due Diligence and Compliance Committee as well as participated in multiple TICA task forces and co-authored TICA Alerts and a Best Practices Memo. Mr. Bradburn has served as a member of the Security Industry Association Direct Investment Roundtable and as a member of the Family Office Exchange.
Mr. Bradburn received a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and holds Series 7, 22, 24, and 63 registrations. He, his wife Angie, and their four boys are avid climbers and outdoor enthusiasts.
