Gary R. Beynon
Chairman
As Chairman of OMNI Brokerage, and with 25 years experience in investment real estate and private securities, Mr. Beynon provides the firm with leadership and sound judgment. After receiving his bachelor's degree and master's in business administration from the University of Utah, Mr. Beynon began his career in the real estate and securities industry as a registered representative and registered principal with a nationwide real estate syndication firm. In 1990, after ten years of tenure in the industry, Mr. Beynon founded OMNI Brokerage.
Under Mr. Beynon's leadership, from 1990 to 2002 OMNI Brokerage completed 32 private investment offerings in real estate representing more than $100 million of private equity. During this time Mr. Beynon also served as the personal advisor to many affluent investors and earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. This spectrum of experience in private real estate investment syndication coupled with providing investment advisory services to the affluent marketplace has garnered Mr. Beynon with valuable experience in real estate and securities management.
Mr. Beynon's securities registrations include Series 7, 63, 65, 22, 24, and 27. He holds an active Utah real estate license and is a frequent speaker at real estate and securities conferences and symposiums. Mr. Beynon has served on various advisory boards for the Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA) and OMNI Brokerage has been awarded the TICA ACE award for its commitment to and demonstration of excellence in the tenant-in-common industry.
Gary and his wife Robyn's greatest pleasure is their family of four children and four grandchildren. He enjoys water and snow skiing, running marathons, golfing and hiking.
