PHILIP HULME
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mr. Hulme consults with clients in all aspects of the securitized real estate investment process. He assists them with analysis of their existing properties and the decision to sell or exchange real estate assets they own. If an exchange is appropriate for the client, he helps them through the analysis of replacement property options. He is a speaker at 1031 exchange workshops and an advisor to other CPAs regarding TIC investments.
EXPERIENCE / POSITIONS
As a CPA practicing public accounting in California for over 20 years, Phil has assisted his clients with a variety of financial analysis, tax structuring, and investment decisions. The scope of his practice includes planning for closely held businesses, individuals, trusts, and estates. He is a partner in a local CPA firm and has been a tax manager at Price Waterhouse. Phil has extensive experience with like-kind -exchanges from his CPA career and has developed his real estate analysis skills as a professional advisor to individual clients throughout Northern California.
EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Hulme holds a California Real Estate License, holds a Series 7 & 66 securities registration, and a California CPA License. He is a registered representative of OMNI Brokerage, Inc. (Member FINRA and SIPC). Mr. Hulme received his accounting degree from San Jose State University.
PERSONAL
Mr. Hulme resides in Saratoga, CA with his wife and two children. He enjoys working on house projects and restoring classic cars.
