ALEX ARNOLD

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Arnold advises clients on securitized real estate investments, specializing in 1031 exchanges and Tenant-In-Common investment opportunities. Mr. Arnold is a regular speaker at real estate investment workshops and continuing education presentations for real estate, tax and legal professionals.

POSITIONS

Prior to PRESIDIO Exchange Advisors, Mr. Arnold has been involved in a number of businesses and their successes. Mr. Arnold led and managed a temporary placement agency, placing software consultants. Prior to that, Mr. Arnold worked for and was responsible for creating 4 lines of business, within Hitachi Worldwide. Mr. Arnold had his own sales training company, which resulted after a number of years with the Xerox Corporation. At Xerox, Mr. Arnold was involved in sales, service and branch management. Mr. Arnold began his sales career at Kaiser Steel.

EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS

Mr. Arnold holds a Series 7 & 63 Securities registration and is a registered representative of OMNI Brokerage, Inc., (Member FINRA & SiPC). In addition, he is an active California Real Estate Licensee. Mr. Arnold graduated Cum Laude from Armstrong University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting in 1969.

Mr. Arnold participates with industry organizations such as:
Federation of Exchange Accommodators - FEA
Tenant-In-Common Association - TICA

PERSONAL

Mr. Arnold resides in Moraga, California with his wife and together there, raised four children. He is active in running, water sports, snow skiing, cooking, and swimming. He enjoys his faith, health, fellowships: is active in a local Rotary Group, and especially enjoys his time with family.
